Coal India MT Recruitment 2025 Salary
Selected candidates for the Coal India MT Recruitment 2025 will be appointed as Management Trainees in E-2 Grade with a pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month, starting with an initial basic salary of ₹50,000 during the training period.
Upon successful completion of the 1-year training period and passing the required test, candidates will be regularized in E-3 Grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000, starting with an initial basic of ₹60,000 and a probation period of 1 year (subject to extension).
In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be entitled to various allowances, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), perquisites and allowances under the cafeteria approach, and Performance Related Pay (PRP). Benefits such as leave, medical facilities, CMPF, CMPS, Gratuity, and the CIL Executive Defined Contribution Pension Scheme will be provided as per the company’s rules.
